• WE will broadcast for you utilizing our high-speed servers, sending at preset intervals to avoid bottlenecks, overload and potential blacklisting. No Internet resources or bandwidth from within your premises will be used at all. You are safe.
• Broadcast content off a web page: You are free to author your content in a web page, using any tools you wish, and then simply point us to the web page’s URL. We will grab your content from that address and continue with your e-broadcast accordingly.
• Mail Merge: Other the email address field, your list can have multiple custom fields, for example “First Name” and “Last Name”. You can then use these custom fields for personalized e-Mail marketing broadcasts.
• We monitor all broadcasts at real-time to ensure that everything works smoothly during the transmission.
• Business Hosting Included: Your monthly fee covers for all hosting requirements for your mailing list database, the mailing list application and the website content management system.

How do I add new people on my list? You can manually add new addresses on your list using the Mailing List Control Panel. The system automatically discards duplicated messages. If you have a COMMbits-developed website please see our Mailing List Management website Add-on instead, as this component allows for tight integration with your website so that visitors to your website can automatically subscribe themselves to your mailing list.

How can people unsubscribe from my list? People can unsubscribe via a link that’s automatically inserted at the bottom of all your messages sent to the list. Just as subscriptions, unsubscriptions are also handled automatically and do not require any human involvement from your end.

Can I load a bulk of email addresses to my list? Yes – You can either do this on your own using the supplied Control Panel, or ask us to do this for you (no cost involved). All you need is a plain text file, or MS-Word File, or MS-EXCEL file, with a single email address on each line. As always, duplicates are discarded automatically.

How many subscribers do I have on my list? You can verify the number of subscribers by visiting your Mailing List Control Panel. Also, during the integration phase, we are programming the system to send you an email message every time someone subscribes/unsubscribes to/from your list. This automated message contains the new total number of subscribers, after the specific subscription/unsubscription.

Can I use this component on my existing website? Yes, if your website is a COMMbits-developed website. Please see our Mailing List Management website Add-on instead, which offers tight integration with your website as well as lower e-broadcasting fees.

Can I use your service to broadcast my message to my list of 10 million? In our market of Small-to-Medium Businesses, such requests are immediately flagged as “spammer on-sight”. The answer is “no”. Our service is geared towards businesses who want to communicate their message to their customers or prospective clients. In order to protect our infrastructure and stellar reputation we deal mainly with opt-in lists, meaning lists containing addresses of people who have chosen to subscribe to those lists. In all and every broadcasts we also include easy un-subscription process for those who wish to un-subscribe.
