To help fight spam, all our Premium Business e-mail accounts come with server-based anti-spam e-mail filters. In June 2007 we added yet another layer of anti-spam protection using Real-time Blackhole Lists (RBLs) technologies.

Ideal for both Small and Medium-size Businesses, our business e-mail hosting services include the setup and configuration of an e-mail Administrator. The e-mail Administrator – usually a power user on your staff – is responsible for managing your users, their e-mail addresses and quotas. More than one domain names are supported within the same e-mail Administrator account for better and centralized user and e-mail management. The e-mail Administrator can also define or change quotas for each user, create e-mail alias accounts, or remove and add new user accounts, all within his or her own Corporate Domain.

• Standard POP3 accounts on your own domain name (i.e. sales@mydomains.com).
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail, Entourage, or any other desktop e-mail program.
• Incoming Mail Server on your own domain (i.e. mail.mydomain.com)
• Mail forward to other local user(s), any external user(s) or combinations. For example, john@mydomain.com forwards automatically to john@yahoo.com and sales@mydomain.com.
• Server-based anti-spam filtering: SpamAssassin (Open Source). Each user can configure the filter’s sensitivity. Whitelisting and blacklisting, on a per user basis. We regularly update the core system and anti-spam signatures.
• Server-based anti-virus filtering: Clam Antivirus (Open Source). We regularly update the core system and anti-virus signatures.
• Allow your users to change their e-mail password or check their available disk quota.
• Personal address book and e-mail distribution lists, separate for each e-mail user

1. Additional single mailboxes may be added at $4.50 ea/mo. Single mailboxes can only be added to existing plans.
2. We will waive setup on all plans.
3. Combinations allowed. For example, for a 15-user plan, add 1 X 3-Mailbox, plus 1 X 10-Mailbox, plus 2 X Single Mailboxes.
4. POP mode highly recommended. You may “leave messages on server” for a week for purposes of PDA connectivity (iPhone, Blackberry, and any other PDA capable of receiving POP e-mail.)
5. We handle incoming mail. For outgoing mail we highly recommend that you use your existing ISP.
6. Supporting your local machines (i.e. Outlook, Entourage, etc.) is not included, but is available extra through our on-site Technical Support services for Toronto, ON.
