Augie?s brings 15 years of experience in Telecommunications and his entrepreneurial mindset is of unique value to COMMbits. For the last 7 years he maintains his own firm providing complete Telecommunications solutions to SMEs, and now services all telecommunication needs for CommBits clients on an exclusive basis. Augie and his team of well-trained technicians have excellent knowledge on products from a number of leading telecommunication equipment manufacturers, including NEC, Nortel, Panasonic, ESI and Toshiba.

Augie has provided solutions for well over 700 businesses and is the telecommunication?s consultant for a number of high-profile organizations. He continues to enjoy a 10-year relationship with pharmaceutical company Seroyal International (www.seroyal.com). Seroyal?s clients can directly reach their sales representative by simply dialing their area code using an Automated Order Entry system that Augie introduced in 2001.

Since 1994, he is the telecommunications consultant of Morningstar Canada (www.morningstar.ca), Canada?s leading investment fund research firm. Among the voice/data solutions Augie has proposed and implemented for Morningstar is the integration of a Call Center to better deal with the firm?s clients.

Augie is no stranger to the world of telecommunication solutions involving multiple stores. Maintaining a relationship since 1995, he has provided voice and data solutions allowing cost effective communication for each of the 5 retail outlets - throughout Southern Ontario - of SAYAL Electronics (www.sayal.com), an electronic parts distributor with local and international distribution channels.
