Full Story:
Renowned Lawyer and Financial Services Senior Consultant William Woods, with past experience that includes Legal Counseling to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, co-founding the Hong Kong and London-based International Securities Consultancy, and helping establish the Bermuda Stock Exchange through the CEO position in the same Organization, has been an independent director and a specialist financial services/e-commerce consultant.
From his current role, Mr. Woods has advised clients such as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on a new code of Corporate Governance best practices and spearheaded a number of other new ventures based in Toronto, Canada, including a Company offering Corporate Governance and Independent Review services to the Corporate industry, as well as a new specialist business centre in Toronto, targeting start-up and developing businesses in the financial services and Information Technology space.
When Mr. Woods asked COMMbits to migrate two other websites he already owned to the high-end COMMbits infrastructure, he was already familiar with the COMMbits high-caliber level of services, through his previous involvement with the Company on complete web production projects for two of his other ventures, namely Knowledge Suites and Independent Review Inc.
