Echelon's new web site features easier to use navigation, information on the company's latest Personal Lines offerings and a new Resource Centre that includes important industry links as well as Frequently Asked Questions. All of these changes are designed to make finding information faster and easier than ever before.
Included on Echelon's new website is an exciting E-Survey forum which can be used voluntarily by customers and producers to forward their comments and suggestions to Echelon on various topics throughout the year. This forum is yet another example of Echelon's interest and commitment to provide exceptional service - a strength the company is well known for.
In addition to some database structures and web-based applications that COMMbits has designed and developed for this Public Insurance Firm, Echelon is also using with success the web component COMMbits DOME Web Site Management System. Using this technology clients have full responsibility over their own site's content and are able to make content changes when they want, as often as they want, from any computer with even a standard Internet connection and no special technical knowledge required.
In addition, COMMbits is responsible for executing Echelon's new e-broadcasting strategy using a new Mailing List Management component, which has been seamlessly integrated within the new website.
The new bilingual web site for the Mississauga Company, which now showcases a new dynamic navigational bar and "intelligent" top graphical banners, is at echelon-insurance.ca.
