 ITS Phones Plus was developed in November 1989 with one purpose: To provide value and reliable phone systems services to home based, small and medium sized business in the Greater Toronto Area.
The Company was looking for a new, fresh way to showcase its phone systems products and services on the Internet, and enhance its marketing outreach. The Company however, was presented with a daunting task: In their area of business, equipment, services, and therefore web site content changes frequently.
COMMbits came to the rescue with its innovative COMMbits DOME Web Site Content Management System, which offers unlimited editing on any static page, even from people with no technical expertise!
COMMbits has also designed a complete new and fresh look for the website, in an effort to achieve increased readability and consistency in navigation.
ITS Phones Plus staff is now able to change any content on the site, including even the bullets on the top of the home page, as well as the “announcements and specials” box also found on the home page.
The solution also includes the COMMbits News Manager, which allows a web site owner to easily add Press releases or any other News posts. The system automatically adds all necessary navigational links, in addition to an automatic maintenance of archives.
Using a special arrangement with COMMbits, Frequently Asked Questions maintained by ITS Phones Plus appear on both the company’s new web site and the COMMbits web site. This database-driven content is presented with a different “skin” (look ‘n feel), depending on the web site and is powered by the COMMbits FAQ Integration services.
