Building commissioning is a "quality assurance (QA) process to provide verification and documentation to confirm that building systems are planned, designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained in compliance with criteria in the Project Documents to satisfy the owner's operational needs. It is a process that goes beyond standard testing, adjusting, balancing and traditional inspections"
Commissioning focuses on the whole life-cycle of a facility, therefore it starts during the design stages of a building to completion of constructions and should continue throughout the life of the facility.
During the web production phase, COMMbits Senior e-Business Analyst Al Poullis and Creative Designer Laurie Stoppel worked directly with professional Engineers and Technologists on behalf of the RSGC team. The team delivered a project showcasing not only definitions about Commissioning, but also delivering brochure-ware information to prospective customers in respects to sectors RSGC is servicing including a web-based photo gallery of past projects.
