The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs provides online information and registration for its annual conference using COMMbits technologies and services.

COMMbits launches a website development project for the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food & Rural Affairs (OMAFRA). The custom website showcases the 2008 annual Conference and includes Speakers’ Profiles and other information.

An important component of the project is a custom registration system, designed to capture requests for registration to the conference. The system utilizes custom programming in PHP as well as the COMMbits successful web-to-email gateway.

Multilingual website: Website visitors can switch languages by clicking on a simple link always visible from all pages throughout the site. Using cookie technologies the system allows browsers to “remember” the language setting set by a visitor, and switches to that language automatically during all subsequent website visits.
